Conference fee:
- Early bird: €205. To get the early bird discount you need to complete your registration before 15/03/2026.
- Standard fee: €250. The deadline to register is 12/04/2025.
The conference fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner and aperitifs during the poster sessions. After registering for the event on this website, you will be provided with a link to the payment website of the University of Trento to complete your registration.

After your registration on the Indico platform, we kindly ask you to also fill in the following form as well!
The link redirects you to a UniTN website. You just have to fill in some informations in order for an invoice to be issued, once your participation is approved.
If you plan on taking part to this event, please don't forget to fill in this form as soon as possible! For organizational reasons, after 12/04/2026 (registration deadline) this will no longer be possible.
Notice that you do not have to fill in this form if you are an invited speaker.
