Oral contributions
Keynote speakers will be granted a 50-minute slot, split between a 40/45-minute talk and 5/10 minutes dedicated to follow-up questions from the audience.
Contributed talks will be granted a 30-minute slot, split between a 25-minute talk (sharp) and 5 minutes dedicated to follow-up questions from the audience.
To ease the transitions between speakers (and limit all technical issues to a minimum), we'd greatly appreciate that you uploaded a PDF version of your slides on the Indico website no later than July 4th. The file should be named with the speaker's name and be associated with your submitted contribution as follows:
- Enter the "My Contribution" subsection under "My Conference" in the options menu of the website;
- Select your contribution and edit the "Presentation Material" subsection;
- Upload your PDF, specifying whether you wish the file be accessible/visible to everyone (Public) or not (Protected)
Should you prefer to stick with your own device, just make sure it's equipped with a HDMI socket/adapter.
Poster contributions
Posters should be formatted vertically according to the A0 format (1189 mm [h] x 841 mm [w]) and should not exceed these size anyway.
