ECT* will arrange the accomodation for all participants at hotels in the downtown.
Participants don''t have to worry about hotel reservations
All participants will have a room booked by us well in advance ( according to the choice you make during the registration)
Depending on your support category received from the organizers, participants could pay partially or totally the cost of the room.
In case of No Show the penalty is the total amount of the first night.
The precise arrangment for lunches and dinners will be communicated in due time by the secretary of the workshop.

Parking lot:
- Hotels don't have any private parking places. However, there is a multi-storey car park at 200 meters from the hotel (cost: € 8/each time you exit). Please ask for further information directly at the Hotel.
- At the ECT* there is a free outdoor parking place that is open from 8.00 am to 21.00 pm.
