2023 CMS heavy ion workshop: bringing together the LHC heavy ion community

For the CMS internal days there might be a registration fee of around 50 Euros, for covering coffee breaks and lunches. We'll have a better estimate closer to the workshop dates, i.e., the exact value to be confirmed once we have the final number of participants.
