Phishing emails (PLEASE READ)

We have been made aware that registrants to our workshops could be getting phishing emails coming from an address containing the word "travellerpoint" and with a subject containing "pending payment" or "accommodation".

We have been updating indico to version 3.2.3 which contained some security patches, and are currently investigating how/where these emails originate.

Meanwhile please do not reply to these and/or similar emails and/or click on any of the provided link. Instead, delete them.

Uploading content in ECT* indico

Yesterday we've got a failure of our indico server due to our hard-disk becoming completely filled.

We have increased the disk space, but we would like to ask organisers not to load talks' recordings (mp4 files ) as material. This will help us in keeping the server hard disk space under control and avoid possible future server failures.

Phasing out of Eventbrite and Google forms

We are preparing the phasing out of Eventbrite for registering to ECT* workshop. At some point in the not so far future the entire registration procedure will be handled entirely by Indico.

We will also handle through Indico the registration procedure for attending online ECT* seminars, which was until now carried out by means of a Google form (which however cannot be accessed in many countries).
