Submission deadline
Apart from the already set program including all the talks by the invited speakers (see https://indico.ectstar.eu/event/150/contributions/), abstract submissions are now invited by all registered participants, in order to apply for the possibility to deliver a short talk during the workshop.
All registered participants working on any of the fields described in the "Scientific Programme" (https://indico.ectstar.eu/event/150/program) can apply. The abstracts received by August 12th will be evaluated by the Organising Committee, who will decide on the suitability or not of the contribution to be included in some of the sessions. The time allocated to each contribution will depend on time availability and on the number of accepted abstracts.
The submission is particularly encouraged for in-person participants (who will be given preference to present), although submissions by online participants will be also considered, which acceptance will depend on time availability.
Please follow the "submission instructions" available once you press the button "Submit new abstract", in order to prepare your abstract.
Please remember that registration is needed before being able to submit an abstract so, if you have not done so already, register by first creating an ECT* Indico user (https://indico.ectstar.eu/register/?next=%2Fevent%2F145%2Fmanage%2F) to then proceed to registration (https://indico.ectstar.eu/event/150/registrations/32/).
